We offer SUISIN INOX HONYAKI to him. |

| "Comment of INOX Honyaki sent by him." I've used many knives in the past, but the INOX is effortless and by far the best knife I've had in long time. The best asset about this knife is that stays sharp long time. I use this knives in my restaurant with high volume covers and I hardly ever sharpen this knife. Also take care of my knives are so easy. It resists a stain and an odor from one food to another. Most knives leave an odor from what has been previously cut into. However the INOX remains odorless even if you cut a fish and vegetables. When I slice a fish with the INOX, the cutting face of the fish has a clear blue shiny fish. Which means it's not broken the cells of the fish. The INOX is very durable and a stain and an odor resistant knife. Executive Chef : Akira Back. |
